The patient will be ultimately responsible for learning and understanding his or her insurance company’s rules. While our schedulers are trained to know most of the rules for the majority of these companies, there is no way possible they could know all of them.

Listed below are the insurance companies and specific plans that MDR is currently a participating provider for. There is also a list of those companies we do NOT participate with. If you do not see your insurance company and specific plan listed as a participating plan, please contact your insurance company directly before your scan to avoid any confusion or unnecessary stress. Most insurance cards have an 800 number on the back of the card to connect you with the information you need to know about your plan.

Although we will update this list often, it may not be all-inclusive, therefore please do not hesitate to call us if your specific plan is not among the ones on the participating insurance list.

Also, please note: Insurance rules are constantly changing, and despite the fact that you have had a fairly recent MRI scan, do not assume you plan has not changed its rules.
